Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the commercial transactions and other use of the Aadaolive online store (“Service”, “We”, “Seller”) by the customer (“Customer”, “You”).
The operator of the online store and the seller of the products is Aadaolive, operating under Finnish law.
By using our online store and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our online store.
Products and Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT).
We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs without prior notice.
Ordering
Orders are placed through our online store.
An order is confirmed by email once the Customer has completed payment and the order has been received in our system.
Aadaolive reserves the right not to accept an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if there are issues with payment information.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact information when placing an order.
Payment Methods
Payment methods available in our online store are offered through payment service providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Paytrail, Klarna, etc.).
Payments are made securely via an encrypted connection, and Aadaolive does not store payment information.
Delivery and Delivery Time
Orders are delivered in Finland via selected shipping services (e.g., Posti, Matkahuolto).
Delivery time is usually 2–7 business days from the order confirmation.
Aadaolive is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., delays by the shipping company or force majeure).
Right of Exchange and Return
The Customer has a 14-day right of return and exchange in accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection Act, starting from the day the product is received.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms cannot be returned.
Returns must be notified in advance by email to aadaolive@gmail.com, and detailed return instructions will be provided in the response.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, the Customer must notify us immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
A defective product may be replaced with a new one, or a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Aadaolive is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use of the product, failure to follow washing instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Processing of Customer Data and Privacy
Aadaolive processes customer personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and only for order processing, delivery, and customer relationship management.
Data is not shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Aadaolive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, loss of income, or other financial losses resulting from the use of the service or an order.
Aadaolive is also not responsible for interruptions in the use of the online store, technical problems, or errors caused by third-party services.
Force Majeure
Aadaolive is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, war, government actions, or shipping disruptions.
Changes to the Terms
Aadaolive reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without prior notice.
The new Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
